For many years now, Roksana has been traveling with her family around the world and practicing mindfulness and heartfulness. She has been practicing meditation for 8 years. Her way of mindfulness started from Rishikesh (India) in the world yoga center. A couple of years ago she moved to Latin America from Bali, where she lovingly and joyfully learned a new instrument of self-discovery, It's a Cacao ceremony.
