You have the option to cancel, modify, or request a refund for any course within 14 days of purchase.
Refund
You can receive a full refund for any course within 14 days of purchase. All subscriptions are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer the refund fees to another course or subscription, please contact our support team at
support@lllu.online. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 30-day period. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7–14 days and credited back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us again, and we will resolve your issue.
We strongly urge you not to use the refund request as an alternative method of obtaining a refund. In the case of a refund, we will provide all necessary information, including proof of services rendered and correspondence with the user. The refund processing time for refunds may take up to 50 business days

You will receive a confirmation email from our support team within 48 hours of your initial request.
If you have not received a response from our support team within 48 hours, the date of your subscription cancellation request will be considered as the date of your initial request.
