These Contest Rules ("Rules") govern promotional prize draws ("Contests") conducted by IZIBIZI, Inc., doing business as ZOVO ("ZOVO," "we," "our"). By participating, you agree to these Rules in full.

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 16 and older who have purchased and completed an eligible ZOVO course.
• Residents of jurisdictions where such contests are not permitted are excluded.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of IZIBIZI, Inc. are not eligible to win prizes.

2. How to Enter

• Complete all required lessons of the course.
• Submit the final assignment or a written reflection/review of your experience.
• Each eligible participant who submits a final reflection is automatically considered for evaluation.

3. Contest Period

• The start and end dates of each contest will be stated in course materials or promotional emails.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected based on the quality, depth, and authenticity of their final submissions (reflections, reviews, or assignments).
• Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel designated by ZOVO, using pre-defined criteria such as clarity, insight, effort, and personal growth.
• ZOVO reserves the right to determine the number of winners.

5. Prizes

• Prizes vary by contest and may include physical items, digital products, or ZOVO services.
• The total prize value will not exceed $1,000 per contest.
• No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is allowed.

6. Notification and Prize Delivery

• Winners will be notified by email within 10 business days of the contest end date.
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
• Physical prizes may be delivered by mail; digital prizes may be delivered via email or account credit.

7. Taxes

• Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to their prize.
• If the prize value is $600 or more, ZOVO may request tax identification details to issue a 1099-MISC form as required by U.S. law.

8. Limitations of Liability

• ZOVO is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or failure to receive entries due to human error.
• ZOVO reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest for any reason.

9. Publicity Release

• By accepting a prize, winners agree that ZOVO may use their first name, last initial, and course success story for promotional purposes (unless prohibited by law).

10. Disputes

• All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S., and resolved in the courts of Delaware County.
