Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data of users in the territory of the European Union (GDPR)

This GDPR Policy has been developed by IZIBIZI, Inc. for users of zovo.me and zovo.app.
General Regulations
1.1. This Regulation defines the order of processing and protection of personal data for users of ZOVO services, in accordance with GDPR rules.
1.2. This document defines the legal basis for processing, the rights of data subjects, and the responsibilities of IZIBIZI, Inc. employees when handling user data collected via zovo.me and zovo.app.
1.3. The goal is to protect users' privacy and rights, ensure secure processing of personal data, and prevent any unauthorized access or misuse of such data.
1.4. The Regulation also governs employee obligations concerning the handling, documentation, storage, and deletion of user data.
1.5. These Regulations are effective upon approval and remain valid until replaced.
1.6. Amendments will be communicated via publication on the zovo.me website.
1.7. All employees must acknowledge these rules by signature.
1.8. All user data is treated as confidential.
Basic Definitions
2.1. Personal data: any data that can identify a user, such as name, address, email, phone number, IP address, etc.
2.2. Processing: includes collection, recording, structuring, storage, alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure, erasure, or destruction of personal data.
2.3. Confidentiality: all parties with access must protect the data from unauthorized disclosure.
2.4. Public data: information made publicly available with the user’s consent.
Scope and Categories of Personal Data
3.1. Includes name, contact info, date of birth, location, identity document details, device data (IP address, geolocation), activity logs, search queries, payment details, and additional voluntarily submitted data.
3.2. May also include data required to provide services securely and lawfully, including copies of identification documents where needed.
Collection and Processing
4.1. Data is collected through forms, user accounts, emails, and automatic logs.
4.2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4.3. Sensitive data (e.g., race, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation) is not collected.
4.4. Users give explicit consent by using the website and submitting data via forms.
4.5. No consent is needed where:
- processing is required for contract execution,
- data is anonymized for research/statistics,
- data is needed to protect life or health.
Security and Storage
5.1. Data is stored securely using password-protected systems and antivirus software.
5.2. Paper records are stored in secured environments.
5.3. Access is limited to employees whose roles require it.
5.4. Data transfers are logged, and recipients must protect confidentiality.
User Rights
6.1. Users may:
- Access their data
- Request correction or deletion
- Know who has access to their data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge complaints with supervisory authorities
Third-Party Access
7.1. Data is shared only when required by law or with the user’s consent.

Organizational Responsibilities
8.1. The CEO is responsible for overall GDPR compliance.
8.2. Employees must sign confidentiality agreements and follow strict data handling protocols.
8.3. Unauthorized disclosure is subject to disciplinary, civil, or criminal penalties.
Final Provisions
9.1. Violations of this policy may result in reprimands, dismissal, and legal action.
9.2. Employees are personally responsible for ensuring compliance.
