ZOVO Subscription Terms

1. Auto-Renewal
All paid ZOVO plans renew automatically.
The exact charge and billing period appear on the checkout page; by clicking “Start Subscription” you agree that this amount will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Whenever we change a price or billing interval we will e-mail you at least 30 days in advance so you can decide whether to keep or cancel the subscription.
2. How to Cancel
Cancel any time—free and instant:
Log in, open https://zovo.me/cancel-subscription, click “Cancel Subscription.”
Or e-mail support@zovo.me from the address linked to your account with subject “Cancel Subscription.”
We process e-mail requests within one business day and confirm by reply.
After you cancel, no further charges occur; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
United States: Where required by state law (e.g., California) we refund the unused portion of the current billing period after cancellation.
EU / UK: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions. By starting course content immediately you expressly waive that right for the current cycle. Future cycles can be stopped at any time by cancelling as described above.
If we suspend or terminate your account in error, we credit or refund any lost access time.
4. E-mail Notices You Will Receive
Purchase receipt — sent right after each payment. It shows the plan name, the billing cycle length (for example, “every 28 days” or “annually”), a link to these Subscription Terms, and a direct link to cancel: https://zovo.me/cancel-subscription.
Renewal reminder — sent three days before every upcoming charge. It repeats the amount that will be billed and again provides the same cancel link so you can stop the renewal in time if you wish.
5. Changes to These Terms
Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you by e-mail. If you disagree with an update, cancel before it becomes effective; continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
