Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ZOVO, a brand of IZIBIZI, Inc. We are committed to delivering high-quality educational and wellness experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund terms below.
General Principles
• Refund terms may vary depending on the product type, exchange rate, and marketing promotion at the time of purchase.
• Specific refund periods will be clearly stated on each course, program, or game page prior to purchase.
Refund Eligibility by Product
Courses
• Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed in full and materials have not been downloaded in their entirety.
• After 14 days, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
Games / Time-Limited Challenges
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the participant has not accessed or completed more than 30% of the challenge.
Subscriptions
• All subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
How to Cancel
To cancel a course, challenge, or subscription, please email us at support@zovo.me. You may also manage subscriptions directly via the link provided at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email from our support team within 48 hours of your initial request. If you do not receive a response within that time, your original request date will still be honored as the cancellation date.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• In rare cases, processing may take up to 50 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact support@zovo.me again, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Refund Abuse & Chargebacks
ZOVO does not tolerate fraudulent refund or chargeback attempts. By purchasing, you agree to:
• Contact support first before initiating a chargeback.
• Understand that we may submit evidence of course access, email correspondence, and service delivery in response to any chargeback.
• Violation of this policy may result in revocation of access to our programs and services.

• By accessing ZOVO digital content, you acknowledge that it is educational in nature and does not constitute medical or therapeutic advice.
• Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as improved sleep, focus, or energy.
• You agree to hold IZIBIZI, Inc. and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in our programs.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware County, Delaware.
