I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I conduct yoga classes, retreats, and workshops. I specialize in prenatal yoga, postpartum recovery and breathing practice. I'm also a certified psychologist. As a mother of two, I have a wealth of personal experience to share. I help pregnant women to prepare their bodies and mind for childbirth. And I’m sure that if the mother is happy, her family is happy too!
