Hello, my name is Irine Cay, I am a fitness instructor, I have been teaching fitness for 10 years. I am interested in different methods and I like to use various equipment. I am absolutely sure that our good mood depends on our every day activity. This why in my opinion you can train for only 5-10 minutes a day, but every day, and your body will be always toned up and you will feel good and motivated. This is why I created for you rubber band course. Bands are unique equipment because you can use it anywhere for full body training. This is a 14-day course with a short but effective training every day. As a result you will have chance to try working out every day, focusing on different muscles and after the course you will be able to continue training yourself, because I will share with you a big number of various exercises and I will give instructions for correct and safe technique.
