Meet the course author

Lana started her yoga journey as a teacher in Rishikesh in 2018. She studied traditional yoga and complementary therapies. She has completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in Vidya School (India) and 272 hours Yoga teacher Course in the Prana Centre. She participated in seminars by Doug Swenson, Sadhana Yoga Chi and has completed Prenatal and Postnatal yoga teacher training in the Institute of Oriental Rehabilitation Methods. She also participated in yoga therapy training program to learn more restoration practices for physical wellness.
Her passion is to combine traditional yoga studies and contemporary physiology and share her knowledge with people in the world today.
